3 Day Dare To Lead Workshop

By engaging in a 3-Day Dare To Lead™ training, you are fostering next level leadership in your company that creates positive impact for both in-person and virtual team members, managers, and leaders. Participants will be led through skill building around rumbling with vulnerability – facing your current reality with courage, living Into your values – identifying and operationalizing your values so the walk is being talked, BRAVING Trust – creating or strengthening relationships using the seven elements of trust, and Learning to Rise – evolving and rising from life’s inevitable failures and challenges

The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move towards daring leadership. Strategic Facilitation

Strategy sessions are an opportunity for you, your team, and your organization take a step back, gain a macro view, come together as a group of key stakeholders, get clear on what matters, and create a plan accordingly. Together, we’ll define your pain points and roadblocks and design the facilitation to best meet your goals.

While the specific details are things we’ll figure out together, for many teams, these strategy sessions involve a mix of:

  • Pre and post session survey work

  • Brand growth & direction, including product category, go-to marketing strategy, or a restructure

  • Getting clear on customers & audiences insights

  • Business growth planning

  • Values – uncovering, or rediscovering, team values and what they look like in action

  • Vision – where we’re going, what’s possible, and our desired future state 

  • Barriers – the things that are getting in the way of us reaching our goals and full potential 

  • Strengths, opportunities, weaknesses & threats

  • Actions and accountability – to implement all of what we uncovered together 

Strategy sessions can be held as half-day, full-day, or multi-day offerings.

 

 

Dare To Lead Workshop Series

In addition to the 2 Day training, additional options are available that may better suite your team, organization and schedules. These include:

  • A training series of five weekly gatherings (each will be about 2.5-3 hrs long)

  • Four half day trainings, completing the full 16 hour program

  • 90 minute workshops

  • Completion of full 16 hour program includes a certificate of completion for all participants, as well as a 2.5-3 hour follow-up session for evaluation and feedback
