The Mastermind group is made up of daring leaders who are ready to take their own leadership skills, and their teams, to the next level. They are brave, honest, and courageous in their pursuit to serve as the best leader they can be. We begin by embarking on the 16-hour Dare To Lead training. After the group completes the training and receives their certificate of completion, we meet monthly for two hours, working on continued growth and development. These are facilitated meetings, with an agenda, including open discussion time. Currently, each group caps at 10 participants.
